Terms of Service

By placing an order with BE CRAZY, you agree to the following terms:

  • All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
  • Please inspect your order at the time of delivery. No refund requests will be accepted after the delivery rider has left the delivery location.
  • Exchanges are accepted within 24 hours only for:
    • Manufacturing defects
    • Incorrect size (subject to stock availability)
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with their original tags and packaging.
  • BE CRAZY reserves the right to refuse any exchange or claim that does not meet these conditions.
  • These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.

Note: Under Bangladesh consumer protection laws, if a product is defective, damaged, or not as described, customers may have legal rights that cannot be waived by store policies. Your policy should be applied consistently with applicable law.
