Shipping Information

Inside Dhaka

• Delivery within 2–3 business days

• Delivery charge: ৳70

Outside Dhaka

• Delivery within 4–5 business days

• Delivery charge: ৳120

Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange within 24 hours of receiving your order.

We accept exchanges only for:

• Incorrect size (subject to stock availability)

• Manufacturing defects

Return Policy

Returns are accepted only if:

• You received a product with a manufacturing defect.

• You received the wrong item.

The product must:

• Be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• Include all original tags and packaging.

• Be returned after approval from our support team.

Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only in the following situations:

• The ordered product is unavailable and cannot be exchanged.

• We are unable to replace a defective or incorrect item.

Refunds are not available for:

• Change of mind after purchase.

• Incorrect size selection by the customer (exchange only).

• Damage caused by misuse, washing, or normal wear and tear.

• Orders refused at the time of delivery.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or via mobile banking within 5–7 business days.

Important Notes

• Delivery charges are non-refundable.

• Customers are responsible for any applicable exchange delivery charges unless the exchange is due to our mistake.

• BE CRAZY reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange request that does not meet the conditions stated above.
